Micro and Nano Engineering

Micro and Nano Engineering (MNE) is an open access, multidisciplinary journal which crosses boundaries from nano to micro to bio, and from science to technologies. The journal focuses on micro-/nano engineering, fabrication and integration of functional nanostructures and surfaces towards intelligent nanomanufacturing; devices and bio-microsystems for medicine, life sciences, chemistry, environmental sciences, and agrofood; and devices and microsystems for physical applications. MNE places an emphasis on the "method to make and characterize" the structure, functional surface, device, or system and provide a demonstration of its application. The main publishing criteria are novelty, potential usefulness and impact. The Editors welcome communications of ground-breaking new results, original research papers, review articles from experts in the field, and news and opinion papers. MNE scope primarily addresses the following three main topics: Micro-/Nano-engineering, fabrication and integration of functional micro-nanostructures and surfaces towards intelligent micro-nanomanufacturing.
